I have been following a case of plagiarism for quite some time on Youtube. There is a user named itachi80 who has been uploading Naruto Flash videos from various artists since August 2006. This case was brought to our attention on the 18th September by jenncho. The youTube user Darkness4mWithin had posted jenncho's Prison Break fan vid, claiming it as her own. The resulting contact between the two is stated in the reporting post.

I can't believe that this is my first report. [headdesk] We think the poster is under 13 so it's possible she just doesn't know better, but she seems to be deleting comments, so somehow I doubt it.

I've been having an issue with YouTube user Darkness4mWithin over the theft of my video "Savin Me" which was posted on my website in Oct 2005. In the description they say:
